Tuition payments are made in ten
monthly payments beginning August 1. The August payment is not refundable and
is nontransferable.
Book orders (with a 50% down
payment) must be received by July 1 each year to assure that the textbooks will
be here for the start of school.
The book fee must be paid in full prior to
the opening of the school year, and is not
refundable.
Tuition payments are considered late after the tenth of each month. A $20
fee will be added to each late school payment.
A $25 fee will be charged for any returned checks. Only cash, money order,
or certified check will be accepted if more than two (2) checks are returned
during the year.
If the tuition account becomes thirty days in arrears, parents will be
asked to withdraw their child until payment is made.
No monthly tuition will be refunded for students withdrawn or dismissed
after the fifteenth of any month. The maximum amount of monthly tuition to be
refunded will not exceed one half of the monthly total.
All books for all grades may be purchased through the
school bookstore and will be the property of the student.

The Extended Care program is a service offered by Crosspointe
Christian Academy for the convenience of parents of students. Students using the
Extended Care services will be charged a full price for each session attended
whether the attendance is full or partial. There will not be any extended care
on days when school is not in session or when there is
an early dismissal.
