Admission Information
Eagledale Christian School

To begin the enrollment process of your child, please complete the following steps:

     1.  Read the Student Handbook

     2.  Read and sign the Parent's Agreement

     3.  Fill out the Student's Application for Admission

     4.  Pay the Registration Fee

     5.  Schedule an interview with the school administrator.

     6.  Take admission test (if necessary)

     7.  Provide birth certificate, medical, and immunization records for any student that has not

          attended school before.  Records must be returned to the school office BEFORE school

          begins.
